interview with the author of a new Queen biography

An interesting interview with Mark Blake, who has written a new unauthorized biography of Queen called Is This The Real Life? It's due to be published in the UK this month; I don't know if a US release is planned. (I always end up buying the UK-only books on Ebay.) 

The interview is published on the blog Queen in Cornwall, which is an interesting read in general. It's about researching the early days of Queen, including Smile and other pre-Queen bands, especially if they gigged in Cornwall in the late 1960s.

Thanks for that. I'm really late replying to this, I know! It's an interesting interview, certainly, but I can't help being suspicious of unauthorised biographies. "The Early Years" was a very good read as it turned out, so hopefully this one will be too. I guess memories of Laura May's books, and other such nonsense, tends to lead to one being suspicious.
